The base is a Durabase conservatory base with red brick face finish and the double glazed windows and doors are A-Rated energy efficient Rehau with multi point locking.
The back wall and soffit were plasterboarded and plastered by our builder and our electrician installed downlighters and sockets.
We installed Duraboard window boards along with skirting boards and Karndean flooring to create an easy to clean but modern looking room.
