BUILDING REGULATIONS ARE CHANGING
Part L of Building Regulations are changing from June 2022. The changes mean that from June, the U-Value requirement of solid roofs used for home improvements on existing dwellings will be reduced from 0.18 to 0.15.

LIVINROOF UPDATES
Livinroof's U-Value will reduce from 0.17 to 0.15 with an improved performance of the PIR insulation.
A new high performance phenolic insulation board will be used on Livinroof from 30th May 2022 on allof istallations to provide improved thermal performance required by the changes to Part L Building Regulations.
