Best Glaze repaired this badly installed conservatory, fitted to a bungalow with no box gutter resulting in years of leaking for this couple in Truro.
It wasn't possible to retrofit a box gutter, but we did remove three rows of cement tiles, installed a lead tray under the existing felt.
We added insulation, replaced the rotten wood for uPVC, we then covered the box at the back of the conservatory with Glass reinforced plastic which sealed the tray to the box we built and covered it in Lead R.
We then sealed the roof opening vents, created some impermeable upstands which should prolong the life of the conservatory allowing the homeowners to enjoy many more sunny afternoons together in their beautiful garden.
