Had a blocked driveway. Police came and gave the ticket. My husband I called best city and they said the driver would be there in less than 45 minutes to tow the car. 5 hours later, the staff member calls us and asks “has the car moved?” We were confused because they were supposed to tow it. Why are they asking us if the car moved? As it turns out, they never came in the first place. Terrible communication. Lacks professionalism.
