BEST Appliance Repair was prompt in scheduling my request for service on my Wolf oven. Thomas came prepared with his tools and most importantly, he put shoe coverings on to protect my floors. He was very professional and knew exactly what the issue was. He was thorough in diagnosing the problem. He ordered the part. Dennis was back the next week to install it. The oven works great! Work guaranteed. I would highly recommend BEST Appliance Repair Service!

We have a French Door Sub Zero refrigerator as 1 of 6 Sub Zero Suite of appliances we purchased new about a year ago. These high end appliances are a delight to own and to use. As with any product, no matter how nice they may be , service may be required from time to time. In fact we were made aware of Best Appliances by the Sub Zero Regional Sales Manager . We met him at Airport Appliances where we purchased our appliances. We had a problem with the freezer door closing some 9 months ago and as it turned out Raphael ( B A repair service rep) discovered the freezer tray was not installed properly at the factory. He fixed the issue. We think that was the cause of this small issue .. a spot of rust caused by the factory install on the tray in the freezer. Raphael is factory trained and thoroughly understands Sub Zero, Wolf & Cove dishwashers inside & out. With one call to Best Appliance our warranty claim was registered and a service rep was scheduled a few days later to check out our concern . He agreed that the freezer drawer was flawed and a replacement has been ordered. He is highly skilled and extremely pleasant as are customer service associates at the office. Best Appliances are a “10” in our books !

Really kind and responsive staff that helps set up the appointments; and then fletcher was our repair man and he was excellent. Efficient with his work, knowledgeable about his craft, and a nice person to connect with. Will definitely work with them in the future for all my repair needs - this one was a freezer problem!

We have always called Best Appliance whenever our refrigerator or other home appliances needed service. I would especially like to thank Eric for his help. He completely solved the water leakage problem with my Sub-Zero refrigerator. This issue had required service 2-3 times before, but during this visit Eric was extremely efficient and professional. He carefully diagnosed the problem and finally fixed the long-term water accumulation issue in our fridge. I truly appreciate his expertise and dedication. Thank you, Eric, for doing such a great job!

I was in need of a certified BOSCH repair technician to replace the ice unit in my refrigerator. I previously hired an independent repairman that was not certified and not up to date on the sophistication of the unit. Best was referred by the sales rep at Hills Flat in Grass Valley where the refrigerator was purchased 3 years prior. I am extreemly glad to get the referral. I left a message after hours indicating when I needed the service appointment 6 days out. The service was scheduled and within my window of availability. The Certified technician was able to run the diagnostics, verify the needed parts (which i had already purchased) and promptly completed the repair. Many companies would balk at the customer having the needed replacement part purchased elsewhere. The technician was thorough, a good communicator and clearly up to date on the BOSCH brand. I was blown away with how sophisticated refrigerators have become. Next time I need service for any of my appliances I will call Best first. There was no travel charge for driving up to Grass Valley from the valley and the repair cost was reasonable. I just wish I had called them first..

When my husband and I remodeled out kitchen, we chose all Thermador appliances. We included a built-in coffee maker and recently we have had some issues with it. When I called Bosch, they highly recommended Best Appliance Repair Service and we have been customers ever since. Dealing with this company has been stress free from the initial contact with the receptionist scheduling an appointment for us, to the completion of service. Rafael, service technician and Thomas, service manager, have given us OUTSTANDING service. They are knowledgeable and very professional. I would not consider going to any other repair service for any of our appliance repair needs since dealing with them. If you have an appliance repair need, I highly recommend Best Appliance Repair Service.

Best Appliance came out to my house and told me I needed a new Sealed System (compressor, condenser, evaporator, etc.) on my SubZero freezer. I told them I had just installed a new Sealed System several months before. They insisted and wanted over $3,000. I had just paid $1,500 for the new sealed system. I had another company come out and told me everything was fine except for the Control Board. I installed a new board and it works fine. Their sales pitch about a new Sealed System is a scam. Do Not use this company. Call Value Appliance or Premium Appliance instead.

Frank came to my house and he was just wonderful! It ended up not being a repair but just an instruction on how to manage a problem on my stove face for temperature which was not in its original condition but still working. He also gave me a demonstration on how to care for the ceramic stove top and he also asked if my washer / dryer was ok. He easily could have blown me off as a dumb old lady. You have a real gem there. Thanks Frank!

My experience working with best appliance could have not been better. The technician was on time courteous, and knew exactly what the issue was and how to fix it. Took care of it right away. I'm comfortable highly recommending this company.

I required the services of a certified Sub-Zero repair technician to diagnose an issue with the ice maker in my refrigerator/freezer. The service was promptly scheduled. The certified technician, Jay, was thorough, professional, and exceptionally knowledgeable. He accurately diagnosed the problem, ordered a replacement ice maker, and returned to install it. The unit is now functioning optimally. Subsequently, I experienced a buzzing sound when the refrigerator door was closed and contacted Best Appliance again. The manager, Thomas, kindly called to troubleshoot the problem over the phone. After a few diagnostic steps, he identified the issue and ordered the necessary part before dispatching a technician. I commend Thomas for taking the initiative to troubleshoot the problem, which saved us both valuable time. Fortunately, we were able to have Jay return, and the repair was completed quickly and efficiently. In the event that I require service in the future, I will certainly contact Best Appliance.
