JR is the man great time goes the extra mile and I'm giving this review before my washer dryer combo is even fixed. Came back after hours and didn't charge be to move the unit back where it was. Till the parts come in And very reasonable on price Will definitely be my new appliance repair man

He thought he fix the frig the first time. Next time he took the frig home and kept it for several days returned with several dents. Worked fine for a couple of months. When it starting going out he just said to keep an eye on it and let him know and I did but he never seemed to be available to do warranty work. For $350 I could have put it toward a new one and not lost my food.

Called to get my washer machine looked at and Mr. Leslie came out the next day and got it fixed right up! He was straight forward with what was wrong and with the prices. I will definitely call again for any other repairs I need!

Have nothing but good things to say! Our washing machine broke, and my wife and I were STRESSED about it. Especially with having to work all weekend. JR was so quick to respond, very nice, and got the job done in probably less than 10 minutes. He already had the part that he needed in his truck, which was super nice. JR was fantastic! I called him on a Friday, and even though his schedule was already full, he came out on Monday just like he promised. He was running a little late, but he let me know right away, apologized, and I was thankful he still showed up. True to his word, he called me first thing the next morning with the part price, ordered it right away, and was back at my house the very next day to complete the repair. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I’m so impressed with his service and will definitely be calling him again for any future repairs. Highly recommend JR!
