Bought a washer from fussel appliances and less than a year later after having a warranty my washer quit working. Brought my washer back to fussel to be looked at and at first they told us it was the mother board and then they told us they couldn’t figure out what the problem was, and asked us did we just want to buy a new one and of course we didn’t because we had already had problems with appliances bought from them in the past. We brought our washing machine home and called best appliance repair and spoke with Jr and he made a house call and fixed it in less than 20 minutes and the problem was not the mother board. We give Jr a 5 out of 5 stars because he knows his appliances and will also come to your house to have them fixed up quick.

This guy is the real deal! Communicated well, quickly diagnosed issue with GE front-end loader. He worked efficiently to make sure this washer was fully functioning in no time.
