I have been a Mazda lover for years now, have had Mazda 2, CX5 and now my CX60! From driving the CX-60 in a test to making our decision to buy we have been satisfied and looked after by Ayman. No pressure ever and always kept informed! I love my new car :) and felt very comfortable with all the staff and their products they introduced to add! I had an amazing experience at Mazda Berwick! From the moment I walked in, Anna made me feel so welcome. Lucas was friendly, genuine, and never pushy, he took the time to explain everything and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Juzna in finance was great to deal with very warm friendly professional & very informative and Kerry was super helpful when it came to choosing extras like paint protection and tinted windows. I also met Max, who’s currently training with Lucas, and he was really kind and attentive. Rhys the sales manager, personally came to greet me, which made me feel valued. I was also introduced to Oliver in the service department, he was friendly, accommodating, and explained the servicing process clearly. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, exciting, and memorable. I felt genuinely cared for by everyone, and I’m absolutely thrilled with my new car. Highly recommend Mazda Berwick!

I’ve had such a good experience with Mazda, both when I bought my car and with servicing after. When I first purchased my car through Andrew, the service was amazing. What really stands out though is the after-service. That’s where it actually matters, and they’ve been consistently great. I recently dealt with Ash in the service department and she was so helpful and thorough. She really took the time to explain things properly and made the whole process feel easy. Honestly just great people and great service. I’d definitely recommend them.

Overall a wonderful experience through Berwick Mazda. The staff all went out of their way to make the process smooth, fast and kept us up to date through all the steps. Juzna was amazing in helping us obtain finance. She was quick, professional and kept us well informed throughout the whole process.
