Lucas was friendly, genuine, and never pushy, he took the time to explain everything and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Juzna in finance was great to deal with very warm friendly professional & very informative and Kerry was super helpful when it came to choosing extras like paint protection and tinted windows. I also met Max, who’s currently training with Lucas, and he was really kind and attentive. Rhys the sales manager, personally came to greet me, which made me feel valued. I was also introduced to Oliver in the service department, he was friendly, accommodating, and explained the servicing process clearly. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, exciting, and memorable. I felt genuinely cared for by everyone, and I’m absolutely thrilled with my new car. Highly recommend Mazda Berwick!
