Rob explained what he was doing so good customer service/ focus. Work was to replace a pedestal basis with a vanity unit and replace an existing toilet with a modern slim style one. He did an excellent job, was tidy and considerate (noise wise) while working, left the bathroom clean, and removed all the replaced items. He diligently modified the toilet outlet so the existing boxing did not need replacing which would have resulted in an extra cost and visit. Very satisfied customer.
