Mike, Ethan, Jose, and Bradley were a fantastic group of guys to work with. They made getting rid of a leaking water heater a breeze even though they had little to no room to work in. They also installed a brand new tankless water heater system. They were able to get the job done in a single day! 100% will be calling Berks for any future plumbing needs.

We had an exemplary experience overall, quick response time through the whole process, I felt like a valued customer through and through. After they helped with a tub remodel, they came back to help me with another issue the next day and free of charge. Jose and Ethan were professional and great with our dog as they came in and out of the home. They left no mess behind a big job.

Called after dinner time, pleasantly surprised to have someone answer the phone! Someone came the next morning and despite not getting the news I wanted, which was a quick easy answer, they had the guys here fixing my plumbing almost right away. Last winter my hot water heater stopped working. I called Berks Plumbing and Heating and Mike was here in an hour. It was late in the afternoon but I was scheduled the next morning. Guys were in and out very quickly. Great job! This winter, I’m having trouble with my thermostat. Called them again. Again, Mike was here in an hour. Got a new thermostat. Can’t beat their timely response when you need them most. Guys are dependable and friendly. Highly recommend
