REQUEST FOR REISSUE OF INCOME TAX REFUND
In certain cases, where taxpayers wrongly disclosed bank account or in cases where bank account is not linked to pan no., then in such cases taxpayers need to file “refund reissue request”.
Steps for filling Refund Reissue Request
 Login to income tax portal https://www.incometax.gov.in/iec/foportal/
 Dashboard>>>> Services >>>>> click on refund reissue
 Select relevant assessment year for which refund is required
 Select the bank account where you want to get amount refund
 If bank account is not pre-validated, then it is required to pre-validate
 After pre-validated of account then select the bank account where you want refund. It is mandatory that before pre-validation, bank account and pan number already have been linked
 Then click on Verification and after verification with aadhar otp or otherwise “Refund Reissue Request” should be submitted.
