Stuart swept my chimney recently and provided an excellent service from start to finish. I didn’t have to wait long for an appointment and he arrived right on time. He worked in a clean and tidy way, was professional throughout, and very friendly and approachable. I’m really pleased with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

We had our first appointment today with Stuart from Bennett's Chimney Sweep, Crewe. We were very pleased and happy with the work that Stuart did for us. Stuart was very professional. I was looking for a professional sweep to come and clean our narrowboat multi fuel stove and flue. We are located in the Nantwich, Cheshire area. I contacted Stuart from Bennett's Sweeps in Nantwich. He answered the phone promptly and gave me a price then and there. He confirmed the time and date with me. I was unable to get to the boat on the day so Stuart had do the job by himself. He kept me updated and took images of the before and after. He also discovered a defect in the flue mounting plate and sent me the images together with a recommendation on how to fix it. There was no mess left after the job. He left all paperwork for me on the boat and sent me an invoice via email. I would thoroughly recommend him

Brilliant service! Came to sweep our wood burner in CH3. Took stove apart, thoroughly cleaned and swept and left with the stove polished and looking good as new. Even lit it for us to ensure all was in good order before he left!

So we contacted Stuart a few weeks ago regarding a chimney pot needing a cap - we could here water dripping down the chimney in the kitchen every time the weather was bad. He arrived a few minutes early which was great for us. My husband discussed with him what we needed, so Stuart sent up a drone to see exactly what the situation was. We had previously been told that the chimney was full of sticks and twigs so would they would need to be removed, however that was not the case. Having the drone meant that we could see onto the top of the roof and see what Stuart could too. Stuart worked efficiently to sweep the chimney and was very clean and tidy when working inside. He then turned his attention to the new pot on top of the chimney. Old pot removed and new pot installed - job done and we have been super impressed with Stuart. We would whole heartedly recommend Stuart to anyone who requires this kind of work. He was chatty, polite, tidy, professional and knew exactly how to tackle the issues we had. We will now be using his services each year to keep on top of sweeping our 3 chimneys. 5* perfect job.

Stuart was able to book me in at quite short notice. The process was quick and efficient and he left me with the information of what had been carried out and found during the process. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic service. Will certainly use Bennett's again. Great job Stuart. Hadn't had the chimney swept for some years so I was a little worried. Stuart ensured there was no mess at all. He stripped the wood burning stove to give it a much needed clean and even made the effort to repair a firebrick. All the soot and ash was removed and the burner was left neat and tidy.
