I can’t recommend Dr. Rafii highly enough. I had a painful ear infection after a cold, and the provider my primary referred me to couldn’t see me for three weeks. Dr. Rafii’s staff understood my discomfort and got me in the very next day. The staff was friendly and efficient, and Dr. Rafii is a caring, knowledgeable ENT who treated me with genuine kindness. At a time when seeing a doctor often feels like a 30-second flyby, Dr. Rafii is truly committed, attentive, and compassionate — a rare gem. Highly recommend.

As a physician, there are few individuals I feel comfortable treating me. When I lost my voice, I was scared because it is my lifeline. I was referred to Dr. Rafii and his team by some of my colleagues. Dr. Rafii and his team got me in for an appointment within 3 days. They made me feel comfortable and confident in my treatment plan. Moreover, they were able to get me into surgery only 4 days after our initial consult. Through out the whole process, Dr. Rafii and his office manager Benjamin, were both constantly in contact, easy to reach and quick to respond to any requests. As a classical singer I am hyper aware of any changes that take place with my voice. I was experiencing some minor issues that had become very frustrating with my voice and quality of performing. I had been to other ENTs before that gave me basic answers and care but clearly didnt understand the unique care and use of the voice for singers specifically, especially classical singers. Dr Rafii paid attention to me, not his computer screen, and I could tell he genuinely cared for me as a patient. I was impressed with the vocal exercises he had me do to show him the issue and the questions he asked showed CLEARLY that he understood the singer. I was impressed with his diagnosis and his recommendations to fix the issue. If I have any issues in the future I will absolutely return to him and his practice.

I just had an appointment with Dr. Raffi and let me tell you it exceeded my expectations. From the experience of making the appointment, meeting the amazingly kind staff at the front desk, to the time he walked into the room I felt nothing but good energy! I am very new to learning more about my voice and taking care of it. Nerves/anxiety were high and Dr. Raffi did such a wonderful job of making me feel comfortable. Even when typing notes down on his computer while I was telling my whole life story, he was actually listening and showed that I had his undivided attention. That meant a lot to me.
