Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Columbus, GA dispatched Joshua Land to help find a slow leak in the main pipe going to the house. He did a fabulous job from the minute he knocked on the door. Polite, smart, focused, Josh quickly diagnosed the problem, showed me how the galvanized part of the pipe had failed. He quickly replaced the bad pipe and put everything back together in the most professional and timely way. I cannot say enough great things about Joshua. Benjamin Franklin was smart to hire him and he has a great future. Many thanks to Josh and all the folks at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Columbus. They all did a great job and Josh is a superstar!

We have our hot water heater cleaned and other aspects of our plumbing checked every year. Traise has been the technician who has come several times and does a great job! He’s friendly, thorough and is very knowledgeable regarding any other services I have inquired about. We are very happy with the services provided!

Mr Micheal and Mr Josh are lifesavers! We had an emergency order at my property and had a short amount of time to complete. The guys came, quoted, and within a couple hours had our system up and running perfectly! They were also very friendly and respectful to the upset residents. The three stars are for their quick response time. As all the work was under the house, I can only assume they did a good job, but I believe they likely did do a good job. The loss of two stars is for their charging us a $895.00 fee twice for "difficult access." I spoke with the technician and I doubt more than one fee was warranted. I requested a phone call from management to discuss these fees but never heard from anyone. When I asked to speak with a manager, the employee's tone completely changed. It was downright frosty. Unless you want to pay a lot of $$ I would suggest you at least get another estimate. Also, I really don't want to hear a response from management at this point unless you're going to refund me $895.00.

We had a water leak from upstairs that poured into our down stairs bathroom. Traise from Benjamin Franklin quickly responded and fixed the issue. His attention to detail played an integral role in finding the problem. Traise communicated with us throughout the entire process from start to finish. He sent photos and his final report for the insurance company the same day he finished. I highly recommend asking for Traise from Benjamin Franklin for your next plumbing issue or project!

The plumber came out, inspected my situation, discussed my options and calculated the pricing. He was very pleasant. Calmed my panic down and told me how they could help. The lady on the phone was super nice too. Very nice representatives of your company

Traise was very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. He explained everything thoroughly and he answered all my questions. I called this morning and they were able to work me in by 11am.

The plumbers were professional in how they carried themselves, but the service itself was very disappointing. I paid $1,000 for a full cleaning to address clogged toilets and a shower. Within just a few days, the same problem came back. When I called, I was told they hadn’t been able to complete the full cleaning, yet I was still charged the full price. At this point it feels like I wasted $1,000 for no resolution. While the staff were polite and professional, the results and value for the money were extremely poor. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Jason came out busted up slab and fixed leak and replaced concrete in a single day. He was courteous and professional. I wish everyone would work that hard. Thank you.
