Todd did a fantastic job when he came out. He explained the process of the work he was doing and was very thorough to ensure it was done correctly. They timely sent out a crew to dig up the pipe that was causing problems. Everyone was very kind and hard working. They were even careful to leave our sidewalk intact, when we had anticipated it being demolished.

Matthew Stover came to my home today to replace a shower valve and install new hardware, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. He was professional, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable about his work. Matthew took the time to complete the job efficiently while still paying attention to detail, and everything was finished in a timely manner. I especially appreciated his kind and respectful demeanor throughout the visit. He worked neatly, communicated clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s always refreshing to work with someone who is both skilled and personable. I would absolutely recommend Matthew Stover to anyone in need of plumbing services and would gladly have him back for future work.

Our garage started flooding at 4am as I was taking my wife to the airport. Turned off the water, drove her there, then came home and called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and they said they’d be here today ASAP. They had someone on their way here by 10am the same morning, and by noon I had running water again. My technician, Matt, was my hero today. Nothing surprised him, he knew exactly where to look and what to do, and even unclogged the drain just because water was draining slowly. He was patient, informative, and clearly knew his stuff. That made me feel immediately confident, and he got it all done promptly and answered every question. Someone please give that guy a raise. Great service, great turnaround time, and a terrible Saturday that they turned into a grateful Saturday.

Shisters. They came to my house on a friday afternoon and the tech simply didnt want to do the job. Easier to charge 76.00 to come and give a bs estimate and go with my 76.00. He even made the comment they have different ways to calculate the price. My toilet started leaking underneath in the back. As it turns out,it just needed a new water supple pipe that easily screws in. I went to walmart bought part for 10.00 and took me 5 minutes. They wanted to charge 400 to do that. Wanted to charge me 2,800 to put a small 24 inch vanity in. He knew I surely wouldnt agree to that. It was friday afternoon guess he had early plans that evening because it is easier to take my 76.00 then have to stay and get the job done. I tried calling,emailing to management for exactly a week now and they dont answer back. Shame on you.

I had a Friday night plumbing problem. I called BFP and Joe was there in an hour. He was polite and honest, he worked till 9pm to get my shower valve replaced, added a new faucet kit! He interacted with my wife and 3 children in a friendly and thoughtful manor. I will certainly recommend him! 5🌟s!

Joe came to our house to give us quotes on our leaking water heater and faucets within a day of contacting. Not only was he respectful of our time but he did extra work inspecting other parts of our house and gave us detailed breakdown of the costs for repairs/replacements that was fair when helping us decide what areas we wanted fixed. The end cost was very reasonable and we will likely be going with them for our repair work. Very cordial and respectful, definitely highly recommended

From the moment Tyler arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. We were dealing with a major cold snap and had been without water for three days, which made an already stressful situation even more difficult. Tyler immediately put us at ease. He explained everything clearly, answered our questions patiently, and made us feel confident in his ability to handle the repair. Wow! What an experience. My sewer backed up. We tried to snake it ourselves before we called the plumber. It was out farther from the house than we could reach with the snake we had available. We used Benjamin Fanklin about 8 years ago because they were the best turnaround time to come fix a problem. Prices have gone up considerable since then. The service however was great. Scheduling was fast and efficient. Todd Helm came to my home this time. I received a text with his picture telling me when he was on the way. After talking with us a few moments he told us he gave us our options and cost of both options. He did a high-pressure wash and then he took his camera and looked over the sewer pipe to look for any remaining clogs or any cracks in the pipes. Fortunately, this time there were no broken pipes. He did find one place in the sewer that he continued to clean because it was built up with what he called grease. Matt showed us and explained everything to us as we watched on his camera. Matt suggested we have LASA come out to see if that was something on their end that was causing the back up or if it was our responsibility to take care of this problem. Thanks to Matt we were back up and running with no more problem in a timely manner.

Matthew Stover ,was very professional and polite, he explained everything that he found wrong with the pipes and what he was going to do to get them fixed as before my wife and I have done business with with Ben Franklin in the past and have been very happy with them. Crew was very knowledgeable and courteous. I am very pleased with the work and how promptly it was done The guy that showed up at my house to give us the estimate and did the work I wanted to add his name Peyton Job well done. There was a problem with the ground, sinking in huge Sinkholes I called them nobody ever called me back so I called again. Somebody said they would return my call still to this day. No phone call. I would not recommend using this company ever again. They do great work but when something’s wrong, they don’t wanna fix what’s wrong or even call you back
