I brought my two children in for their appointments, and from start to finish the entire team made us feel comfortable and cared for. The staff was warm, patient, and incredibly gentle with both of my kids. They took the time to explain everything in a way that made them feel safe, and I really appreciated how attentive they were to each of our needs. The office is clean, welcoming, and runs smoothly. We left smiling and confident in our care. Highly recommend this dentist office for families — truly a 5-star experience!

Outstanding service, very kind no pain. Took awesome care of my wife. I had a couple cavities filled at same time as my wife very gentle. Jackie is awesome so helpful and kind. Marlan took good care of us. The dentist was just awesome thank y'all so much.

Jackie at the front office is incredibly caring and helpful when scheduling my appointments, and Marlon is always so nice and reassuring, which truly helps ease any nerves. We had such a wonderful experience here today with my 2-year-old! Jacklyn and Chloe were absolutely amazing the entire time. They went above and beyond to keep my little one entertained with toys, music, and shows. They even offered to lock the front door so she wouldn’t run out, wasn’t necessary but even that accommodation gave me so much peace of mind. They were friendly, quick, and super accommodating—not only with my toddler but also by offering to see my older kids the same day. They helped with paperwork, insurance, and made the whole process smooth. Marlon , Attalie & Misty were so friendly and made all of kids feel so comfortable, it was such a delight! Shreeja Patel was very informative, gave me some great recommendations and advice! I really appreciated the extra care and attention they gave us. Highly recommend this office for families with little ones!

Marlon is absolutely fantastic with kids!! My son was at ease the entire time. I hope we get him every time. The front desk staff is so sweet! Dr Patel is also so kind. Cannot recommend this place enough!

This was my daughter’s very first dental visit, and I could not have asked for a better experience! We were seen quickly, and the entire staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. A special shout-out to Marlon, the dental assistant, who did an amazing job making my daughter feel comfortable. He was gentle, kind, and so patient with her. Dr. Patel was also wonderful very thorough, explained everything step by step during the procedure, gentle with my daughter and made sure we both understood what was going on. Today was my first appointment with Benbrook Family Dental and I am thoroughly impressed. All of the paperwork is sent electronically and you do not have to fill out repeat paperwork once you enter the office. The front office staff was kind and professional. My dental hygienist, Marlon, was knowledgeable, courteous, professional and quick. He made me feel comfortable while he took my x-rays and other services that were needed. If you are looking for an amazing office to visit, I highly recommend Benbrook Family Dental.

Unfortunately, I had to have Four teeth pulled. I was in dentist chair for six hours due to a few complications.I just wanted to say this team was so caring and sweet through the whole process. I appreciated the kindness and concern for pain. I will further use Benbrook family dentist for any concerns for dental needs. I was so appreciated by their kindness. Great great team.

Jacklyn is the best. Highly recommend coming here, she has the best costumer care. I will definitely be coming back here just due to my experience with her. Marlon also was very funny and informative. Made my experience a 10/10
