"On Tuesday, my relatively new furnace just stopped heating, so I needed someone to repair it ASAP. BelRed was able to get a tech out on Wednesday morning (without an extra charge for emergency service). Brett easily diagnosed the problem (bad control board), quickly obtained the correct replacement part, and worked directly with the manufacturer to make a warranty claim. So I only paid for labor and a small dispatch fee. Brett was very knowledgable and thorough, and provided great customer service. I'm very pleased with Brett's service and with BelRed overall."
