Great experience with the balloons and service. The staff were patient and helped us by showing us different balloon colour combinations on the spot so we could see what we liked! The balloons were beautiful and exactly what I wanted!

Order a ballon set for my daughter party. The most important ballon with my daughter name on it started losing helium right after arrive at the party venue.

Minor issue with the grab delivery but the shop offered to cover the delivery via lalamove FOC. Even though it wasn't their fault. Excellent customer service!
