Bella Custom Cleaning recently cleaned the carpets in one of my rental units that a previous tenant had left a mess. Scheduling with Bella was a breeze, their pricing was great, they showed up at the job site at the time they promised they would, the communication was great, and they did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the marketplace.

Had a situation where we tracked sealcoating into our house and on our carpeted stairs and one bedroom. Searched Angi and Bella was one of a few carpet cleaning companies that appeared. Gary from Bella was the first to call and we discussed my dilemma. He was honest and said maybe a 50/50 chance of removing the stain completely. I set up an appointment and Gary kept me informed as to when they’d arrive and they came at the early time. They walked around, also didn’t guarantee 100% removal and said they’d be about an hour for two bedrooms and 17 stairs. Amazingly they removed every trace of the stains. Stairs looked brand new. Definitely recommend Bella for your carpets. 100% satisfied.

From my initial call to Bella to finish of the carpet cleaning was professional and courteous. The cleaning of my carpet was wonderful the cleaning crew themselves were kind courteous and most important professionals. I would call Bella again if needed carpet cleaning without hesitation. I was happy with the work that we had done. Draperies in one bedroom we’re removed and cleaned offsite and then returned and hung. We also had draperies in living room and dining room cleaned onsite. The work was well done and the workers were polite and efficient.
