Had a great experience with Bell Towing & Service during an unfortunate situation! My Yukon died in our driveway on a Saturday morning- called right away assuming we’d be waiting. They were to our house by 8am. We thought we fixed the issue and didn’t need the tow. Turns out we did, Caleb came back and got our vehicle to the dealership without issue. Both Caleb & the dispatch person I spoke with were very friendly and helpful! Very thankful for the service we received!

James was super awesome. He answered all my tow related questions and then on top of all that, he backed the car into the garage while it was on the tow truck and then helped me push it into the garage over this annoying hump in the driveway. He went the extra mile. He didn’t have to do any of that extra stuff. I would give James 10 stars if I could! thanks man!

Communication was excellent and they showed up on time which was at the beginning of the time window! John was great, he let me know he would take care of everything including dropping off the key with my information at the repair shop! Very easy and comfortable working with him.

Jordon was very helpful in getting my daughter's car freed from the ice and snow today. It was not an easy job, but he knew what to do. He was patient and helpful. He also called me to let me know when he would be arriving. He was very courteous (kept calling me Ma'am) and kind.

Johnny came to help when my car broke down and made a stressful moment much easier. He was quick, calm, and clearly knew what he was doing. I really appreciated his kindness and professionalism and would recommend him to anyone.

James was awesome! Did the impossible to get my plow truck unstuck from a precarious spot off the edge of the driveway in the valley of my yard. Prompt service and results to get me out from the snow and back on the road. Keep up the good work, I would definitely use them again!!

From the time they were dispatched until the time they had, the car loaded was less than an hour. And we live in the middle of nowhere. Good experience, very professional, very careful with the car. I would recommend using them if you’re in the region.

Fast and professional service. It was 3° and their guys were over an hour out. They sent an overkill tow rig to get me, in under 20 min, and to a mechanic. Warm and safe, thank you so much.
