BEHNCKE REVIEW- Recently, Behncke Constructed built an egress window for our home. From the initial scheduling through the conclusion of the project everything was precise and the craftsmanship was perfect. We would highly recommend Behncke for your every need.

We had our basement joists replaced. Reasonable quote, booked in a timely manner, great communication with expectations and the contract. We could park a semi on our new floors. The owner was a doll. Attached it a photo before the new subfloor went down.

We had some water seeping into our basement in one small area. We had discussed the issue with someone else and were ready to install some sort of exterior drain if needed. Kyle came out and did a very thorough job of looking for possible cracks in the foundation, digging down to see below surface line & informed us he didn’t see any obvious cracks and he believed it was a grading issue. He gave me some ideas to try to resolve the issue ourselves when he could have tried to sell us on repairs we didn’t need. It’s not often you find an honest company these days especially when they are dealing with a woman. Thanks Behncke!

I had a wonderful experience with the Behncke Construction Team. They came highly recommended from a friend and they delivered. An affordable, timely, professional, trustworthy, and friendly company that addressed the needs of my home (i.e. filled foundation cracks & put in new sump pump as well as larger sump pump pit). Their timeliness with the work fantastic - I only waited a day for most of my work to be completed after my initial request - it was nice to be a priority! I would recommended them to anyone who needs this type of work done on their home.

Several years ago, I had a patio poured under my deck. Nothing has shifted or sunk or cracked. This year, my garage floor needed serious help. Using a fill and pour and smooth process, the guys produced an amazing garage floor. I wish I had not waited so long to enjoy a solid, level parking and "doing" space! For the third time, I called Jamie, for a basement corner wall that was wet, after a downpour. It was so nice NOT to spend time researching companies! (I'm a retired teacher, and my time is precious.) Kyle came the same day to describe what could be done. My down payment is made - just waiting to schedule. The work performed by Behncke Construction was excellent and in line with the repair specifications provided by an engineer's report. They also worked really with the electrician we hired to complete the job in a timely manner. I truly respect how professional they were and how much pride they took in their work. I highly recommend them.

I had Behnke Construction do waterproofing in a house I was getting ready to put up for sale. They are very professional and quick to respond. They were also more affordable than the other quotes I received. More importantly, they did a fantastic job making the basement water-free and the concrete they poured looks great. I had a very small issue come up after they completed the work and even though they did not cause the issue they were were very helpful and informative in getting that issue resolved as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They showed up on time and worked straight through the day to complete the job by late afternoon. Did a quality job and eliminated my basement water issue. Respected the property and once done it was hard to tell they were here; great clean up. The quote was done by someone who had actually done the work at one time and not a salesman with a caned presentation. I would recommend them to a friend or family member.

I needed a foundation inspection due to the purchase of a new home. The basement had signs of water damage, so this was very important to me since I will be having a bedroom in the area. Behncke was on time, friendly, went straight to work, and had me in and out in no time:) They were very helpful with suggestions on how to keep it dry and best of all, they didn't try to sell me anything! They gave me solutions that I could handle on my own, which will be a huge relief from financial burden. Thank You so much! I can breathe easier now with the peace of mind that this house is built sturdy. I will be recommending to everyone! Updated Review- I first used Behnke for a foundation inspection when I was in the process of buying a house. Joe was super nice and very helpful, giving me solutions to issues that I could accomplish on my own and save money in the process. His solutions worked very well, but I still decided to have my basement waterproofed since I will be finishing this space. So, of course, I called Behnke and I had a quote within a day and an estimated time when the work could be completed. They were right on schedule and finished the job in 3 days as expected. They were on time each day, and were very careful with my belongings, making sure to cover everything in plastic. Very nice guys too:) Also-the estimate was basically spot on! I really think this business takes a lot of pride in their work. I feel so much more at ease with continuing my new home projects. Thanks Behnke-I'm sure I will be seeing you again in the future:)
