Several foundation cracks along this wall were allowing water to enter the basement during heavy rain. Our team carefully excavated the foundation by hand to protect the customer’s yard, landscaping, and surrounding property from unnecessary damage. Once exposed, we sealed the cracks from the exterior, which is the most effective long-term repair method for leaking foundation cracks.
