My Mother who was 95 yrs old passed in June and layed to rest on June 20th 6 months later now in Dec her headstone is still Not Done...After multiple calls and speaking to them several occasions. They still seem to have NO Sense of urgency. Her name was to be put next to my Dad's so they can be complete and together it took 4 months for the engraving and month 5 the pic was put in. They still haven't completed the Job by deoxidizing cleaning and repainting the white background. I was told it should only take 8 weeks. 6 months later and it's still Not Done . Wow No RIP Until it's done.

I truly appreciate how wonderful and kind Ashley was. She responded quickly, answered all of my questions, and implemented every change I asked for. Making a beautiful headstone for a loved one can be very difficult but it was easier with the kindness and patients of Ashley.

This company was very highly recommended and I did not get what we asked for until the last minute they told me they messed up on my order and now they said oh you were gonna reimburse you until the manager decided to go out of town and forget about mailing you a check and all they say is sorry they this It is ridiculous they told me if I wanted to wait it would be another 4 months to get what I wanted and then they call back oh we can do it in a month and a 1/2 and then when I call today and asked him about the headstone oh it's gonna be done today no phone calls from them whatsoever that they messed up on the order to begin with people be very careful who you get ahold of for your love ones I will never go with these people again

Office staff and work staff did excellent job on my family members final engraving. Looking into having them do a Memorial bench.
