I have been a patient at this practice for over 25 years. When the previous owner, Clive, retired, I knew he had taken great care to find a successor who shared his patient-first values. Dr. Onkar Sagoo is exactly that person. In a short time, Onkar has brilliantly modernized the facilities and systems while building a fantastic team. They deliver high-quality care with expertise, gentle compassion, and thoughtful consideration. Recently, Dr. Sagoo and his team were superb in helping me navigate a complex dental issue, providing constant support and seamless referrals to specialists. The entire practice shares a great ethos and works together perfectly. I would not hesitate to recommend Bedford Place Dentist to anyone.

I have been registered to this dentist for a few years and it is always a pleasant experience. Staff are very friendly and service is good quality. During my most recent filling, Dr Onkar talked through each step of the procedure and checked in regularly making the experience stress-free. The dentists are all great and the hygienist, nurses and receptionist are lovely too. Thank you!

My experience here has been great. The team were very reassuring and knowledgeable throughout hygienist and dental work. I greatly appreciate the efforts made to make the dentist a less scary experience. As well as the enthusiasm to work with patients to organise the best care possible from bookings to explaining procedures.

This dentist is fantastic, I can't recommend him highly enough. If you're at all anxious about going to the dentist, this is the place to go. They even ask you this on the registration form, so they know in advance. I saw Onkar and he talked me through everything he was going to do and it really put me at ease. I was so pleased with the treatment I received as well - I had to have a broken tooth repaired and it didn't hurt at all. It also looks great, you would never know anything had happened to it. All of the staff are lovely, Onkar, Jasmine and Frosty - I really hope I'm spelling everyone's name correctly! Genuinely the best dentist I've ever been to.

I’ve always had good experiences when having appointments here. The staff are all amazing, and definitely made me feel at ease. Dentist Onkar is great, as he values the patients and always wants the best outcome. I’ve also been seen by the Hygienist, Anna and can only say good things. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who may be a nervous patient.

As someone who is petrified of dentist appointments, Polygon Dental couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating. I’ve had Dr Kapil for most of my work there and he really goes above and beyond to offer support to his patients, the nurse Michelle was also very welcoming and both of their kind, calm demeanour is very comforting as a nervous patient! Highly recommended Polygon, especially if you suffer with anxiety.

I’ve seen two different dentists here and both have been so lovely and answered all my questions and explained things really well. I had two fillings this morning and I was nervous as I don’t like injections in my mouth, both dentist and dental assistant were really kind and made me laugh and helped me to feel relaxed. It was a very smooth procedure. Would really recommend this dentist :)

Honestly, I'm going to keep this simple. Everyone at Bedford Place Dentists are so lovely. From receptionists to the dental nurses, hygienists and of course the dentists! I have always been an extremely nervous patient so it's a great testament to the dentists skill, compassion and patience that they have made me feel enough at ease to let them extract a cracked tooth after managing an infection. And honestly?? I was so baffled as to how painless it was! Mind blown. I'd sincerely like to thank Dr Onkar, Aiden, the dental nurses and receptionists for making this experience so positive!

I have always received 5 star treatment from Onkar and his team. I have very recently experienced my 1st extraction ( retained roots) and I have to say, the whole experience was managed with respect and kindness from start to finish. Onkar explained thoroughly what the procedure involved and offered advise on how to handle the recovery which was quick and pain free....a true testament to his ability and expertise. Thank you Onkar and Jasmine for making this necessary procedure much easier than expected.

This practice cannot be recommended too highly. The staff are all very friendly and very professional. Proposed treatments are explained clearly along with the price. And the team are most supportive and understanding throughout every stage of the treatment.
