Love the local business and personal touch. Just as advertised. Robert was more than helpful in making sure we set up the equipment properly and properly identify the fire suppression sprinkler temperature setting. We patiently let the rooms come up to temperature and successfully baked our bugs out. So glad we found this company and resolved our bed bug problem effectively and economically. Highly recommended!!!

It took me about 6 mos to leave this review because I wanted to be 100% SURE that the bb’s were gone before I did. In June of 2025, I realized that my daughter brought bb’s home from school. By the grace of God, we determined that they were in her room only and was a relatively small infestation when we caught it. I reached out to another company who quoted me $1500 to heat the entire house. I told them that I only wanted one room because there was no evidence that they existed anywhere else and they told me that’s not how their company works. $1500 was a LOT so I decided to do more research. That’s when I found Bedbug’s Florida website. First off, the website gives a ton of valuable info about bb’s and how they live/breed/survive/die. The education alone was super helpful! They also clearly outlined how effective their services are and what you need for your specific situation. I initially choose the 800 sqft option with delivery. Gerard came and helped to set everything up plus gave additional education about moving the equipment to another adjacent room (for precautionary measures). He also came to pick up the equipment as well. Everything went smoothly. Unfortunately, I had a lot of PTSD about the bb’s and every little piece of lint or speck of dirt in my daughter’s room or the adjacent primary bedroom looked like a bb. So in late August, I decided to rent the heaters again, but this time I picked them up and set them up myself. Robert texted very detailed instructions about picking up the equipment, what equipment to use and room temp standards and effective time. Also, when picking up the equipment, everything is clearly labeled. I brought the equipment home, set it up myself and proceeded to heat her room and then my room. It is now Jan 31st and I haven’t seen anything nor has anyone been bitten. I still have a little PTSD but I feel like when you deal with bb’s, you’ll never experience the innocence you had before. I honestly think they were gone after the 1st session but I couldn’t convince myself that they were, at that time. Even so, with renting the equipment twice, it was still only about 1/2 of the initial $1500 quote that I received from another company. I also didn’t have to disrupt all the other rooms in my home to prep for the treatment of 2 rooms. I HIGHLY recommend this business as the service was reasonably priced, effective and the customer service was top notch. Please give this a try before you spend more money than you may need to but be sure to follow the clearly outlined instructions about heating time and temps!

I highly recommend Bedbugs Florida! It was so convenient and they provided me all of the information and steps I needed to connect all of the heaters and fans. You definitely need a good amount of time to run them if you have a larger room like me but it was one and done. No more issues with bedbugs. And the price was amazing compared to what other companies charge.

We were panicked when we were exposed to bed bugs in a vacation rental and needed to treat our car and luggage when we got home. Bed bugs of Florida made everything very easy. He was responsive, pick up and use instructions were simple and it’s a great, efficient product!

I found Rob to be very helpful in assisting me with how to properly deploy the heater and fans. The equipment was in very good condition and worked without any issues. His pricing was also very fair. I don't know yet whether or not it was effective as it has only be a week since the treatment but it was a very pleasant experience of working with Bed Bugs of Florida.

When you have a problem like this it's nice to work with a company that is helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. Bed bugs Florida Heater Rentals was all of the above. We were besides ourselves when we realized we had bed bugs. Did some (alot) research and decided to go with the only thing that kills all stages, heat. From my first phone call with Robert, he helped determine the size of the equipment, and provided links to great resources. He was flexible and very accommodating. The heaters are pretty straight forward and easy to set up and use. The process from ordering to drop off was pretty seamless.

This was a challenging time for my family. However, throughout the bed bug extermination process, Bed Bug Florida was there to support us. Robert was patient, kind, and exceptionally knowledgeable. He thoroughly answered all our questions and provided valuable suggestions. His prices are competitive and affordable compared to other options. Bed Bug Florida offers two pest control service choices: a DIY approach and a professional setup. If you or your family are dealing with a bed bug infestation, reach out to Bed Bug Florida. They will take excellent care of you.

I rented the equipment from Bed Bugs Florida Heater Rentals for a 24 hour period. I followed the instructions which were very clear and easy to implement. This is important to allow the hot air to circulate through the room to be able to eradicate the bed bugs. I had 100% success. I also applied chemical spray to the boxspring, bed frame and underside of the mattress. I did this prior to reassembling the bedroom. I used Crossfire Liquid Concentrate (as well as pre-mixed aerosol cans) on the surfaces. I have not had any more bed bugs since doing the heat treatment 7 months ago. The owner is both polite and knowledgeable and if you follow the given instructions you will be successful. [It is important to not re-introduce bed bugs back into the area by being sure to wash all clothes and bedding in highest temperature possible and to dry the clothing at the highest setting as well] MI

We bought a piece of furniture from India that ended up being infested with powder beetles. Robert told us exactly what we needed and how to heat treat the furniture. Worked perfectly.

It feels like I’ve earned an advanced degree in bedbugs these past few weeks (yeesh!). We came home from an Atlanta airport hotel infested, waking up to new, insanely itchy bites every morning. We hired a pest control company to treat our bedroom—but how do you clear two closets full of clothing and know you’re truly rid of them? Turns out, heat is the gold standard. The chemical treatment we paid for wouldn’t even have been necessary if I’d known heating was the ultimate solution. And the cost of renting heaters was within a few dollars of the chemical option—arguably a much better value. Now we sleep easy knowing every room, closet, stitch of clothing, and pair of shoes is bedbug-free. The process wasn’t that hard: the vendor tied the heaters into our breaker box, we set up heaters and fans, and rotated them room to room in 12-hour intervals. The company was professional, honest, and thoughtful—I recommend them wholeheartedly. Unlike pesticides, which may or may not work depending on the infestation (even our pesticide tech admitted their limits and asked for this bedbug heater rental company’s contact info for a case he still couldn’t solve), heat treatment is one-and-done. Save yourself the wasted cost of chemicals. Go with heat first. Learn from my mistake.
