Jake at Becker is so wonderful to work with. Explains everything each time and goes above and beyond for the customer. This last boiler issue he submitted paperwork for possible warranty on parts of my boiler that failed. I would have had no idea to even think of something like that. Their office is responsive and just always so great to work with. Thank you.
