This is my go to beauty supply shop. They are always well stocked and clean. The annoying thing is you are always being watched and followed. They won't ask if you need help but they will follow you. I get it! Theft is definitely at an all time high, but make yourself useful. Do your job and offer good service.

I found out about it by chance and visited the store for the first time today. I couldn't hide my surprise at the huge size of the store and the huge number of products. I was especially happy to shop there because of the friendly staff who explained the beauty products. I can't wait for my next visit.

Employees make mistakes and they wouldn’t honor the price. Horrible customer service.

Store is clean but the staff follows you everywhere you go as soon as you walk in. Can’t look at hair, makeup or any products without being watched 24/7. Last two times I was there, in the wig section, someone literally stared at me the entire time I looking at wigs. I will be going to another store because the thought of going here just gives me so much anxiety and I feel like I need to rush every-time I am here because of it.

Me,my mom and sister walked in the store looking around picking up buying stuff and some worker with a black shirt and a bun kept following us like we were about to steal something and we weren’t.Then when we came back in there she came all the way from the back and walked to the front and started looking and following us .they do have really good stuff though

Very Good nice and clean place But pay attention and ask about there if you plan to spend big money return policy is not your normal 30day policy this is about the whole store. These are the products I seen when walking in to store I was going to try these products but never did do to high price.

This review would have been 5 stars but the tall Asian woman behind the counter was rude and unprofessional she was getting aggravated over my hard of hearing grandmother not being able to hear her properly but meanwhile I could barely hear her because she was eating while helping us I come in here regularly and every thing is usually great!

It was okay- they have all the accessories and braiding hair you need. I went for human hair bundles and my option was limited. I ended up buying Pink lemon my daughter told me it was a good brand and I did like the fullness of the hair. Only gave 4 stars because my options for what I needed was few.

Was a 5 star experience until I got to the check out...1) an unwelcoming Asian lady had me stand at the counter asking to be rung up, 2) she didn't complete my transaction or give me a receipt. After my card was approved she just walked away to help another customer without the courtesy of completing the transaction and giving me a receipt! Another employee stepped in (when he noticed her behavior) and completed the sale. She was so nonchalant about it. 5 stars for the 2 helpful employees (the young lady who helped me look for a product they didn't have and the gentleman who completed the transaction) I've been a return customer but won't be going forward...not wasting my time or money in store that lacks common courtesy or good customer service practices.

They really had a little bit of everything. And a range of prices. My daughter went in looking for a foam head to put a wig on. They had a few different styles at great prices. I looked at the makeup and they had a little bit of everything. Lots of beauty supplies for men and women. They had lots of hair clips, wigs, shampoo and other hair care, jewelry, sunglasses, hats. Huge selection.
