I cannot recommend Bean Rod Towing enough. Last Tuesday, my car broke down in the middle of nowhere. Within minutes, Bean Rod Towing arrived. The driver was professional, knowledgeable, and handled my vehicle with incredible care. What truly impressed me was the level of customer service. Not only did they tow my car safely, but they also restored my faith in humanity, repaired my relationship with my father, and somehow convinced my dog to stop barking at the mailman. By the time my vehicle reached the shop, my credit score had increased 87 points, my crops were thriving, and local wildlife seemed noticeably more respectful. I don’t know what kind of operation they’re running over there, but I’m beginning to suspect they aren’t towing vehicles at all—they’re performing miracles. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bean Rods Towing! It was Memorial Day weekend, my daughter and her best friend were on the way home from the beach when they broke down. After calling several other tow companies & being told no one was available or getting a voicemail, I called Bean Rods Towing! I was in shock when a real person picked up the phone. I explained to John that I was in need of an immediate emergency tow, that my daughter and her best friend were broke down on a back road, 2 hours from home and it is starting to get dark. Without hesitation, John jumped into action. He expressed his concerned that the girls were on the side of the road, told me that he has a little sister and would want someone to get to her as soon as possible. John was very transparent about pricing, the price was very reasonable, especially with all the odds against me, being a holiday, after hours and the overall distance he would have to travel. John arrived in thin less time than he originally told me, he even had snacks and bottled water for the girls. Within no time, he had the car loaded on the rollback and he and the girls were on their way to Evans, Ga from just outside of Santee, SC. My daughter and her best friend said that John was very professional and the truck was very clean. She said they laughed and talked they whole way home, he even let them stop to grab some food and go to the bathroom. John, I can not thank you enough for being there when no other companies would!
