I took my big boy last night and the team was amazing. They were accommodating and respectful. From the front desk check in process, the purple doctor and the amazing nurse Shawna. Shawna let me stay and comfort my boy the whole time. She was nice and explained everything to me from the cost to the treatment thoroughly. She even sat next to me on the floor to answer my questions while I comforted my boy. It’s not a nice feeling being in the emergency room but our experience was positive. Thank you!

My pet received wonderful care. The front desk staff, technicians, and doctor were exceptionally helpful, kind, professional, and communicative. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, and I appreciated being clearly briefed on the timeline for when we’d be seen and when my pet could go home. Dr. Johnson was especially thorough and helpful throughout the entire process.
