We brought a family member to Chris who was suffering as a result of broken hearing aids. Chris was able to lend him a demo pair until he was able to purchase new ones. His genuine care, his thorough procedure/examination, and his commitment to his patients truly make him an outstanding clinic owner and specialist. Chris has many years of experience in diagnosing and fitting hearing aids and his expertise and knowledge is evident when attending to his patients. We are extremely satisfied with his service and have moved to his clinic as we have received excellent care. Great experience. Chris tested the pressure in my ear. He was thorough in his assessment and answered all of my questions. The receptionist was very helpful, my appointment was on time and the office is clean and comfortable. The whole experience was really positive, I highly recommend SoundRight.
