Luckily, this was caught quickly! Biggest downfall to owning an older home on a slab foundation are slab leaks. The damage was very minimal compared to most slab leaks. This particular one was leaking on the hot side of the water system. The customer noticed the hot water was running out very quickly and their water bill was extremely high ( due to high water usage).
