The worst donuts I’ve ever had. They looked GREAT but tasted horrible. Two dozen and only one donut was eaten $50 bucks and I tipped the phone screen watcher(a baseball game)as he cooked these grease pillows

Lovely shop with lovely employees. Donuts are made to order, always hot and fresh. We came here today for their free coffee, no purchase was necessary. Thank you guys for a wonderful pick me up treat combo this afternoon:) 🍩☕️

My husband were visiting for a long weekend and after reading the reviews thought we would try this local spot. I’m gluten free so it’s always exciting when a bakery has some gluten free options. We came at noon and no one was there so, we decided to do some other things and come back. We came in around 2 and were told that everything we wanted was going to take about 20 minutes. We didn’t mind waiting but the guy behind the counter was not very friendly. I ordered two gluten free donuts and my husband ordered one normal. We ended up with 1 gluten free and two normal and were told they didn’t have any more gluten free. He ended up not charging us for the donuts and I’m so glad we didn’t pay for them. The outside of the boxes were smeared in sauce. We got a soupy mess of chocolate sauce and sprinkles on top of a really tough donut. Neither one of us finished our donuts.

So many flavor options. You can create your own or order from their menu. These are more cake style donuts that are so good. Delicious fresh and leftover the next day. Fast service and a good atmosphere. Will be back!

Their donuts are soooo good. I don’t live near them but will drive the extra time just to go there. They literally melt in your mouth but also somehow get even better as left overs? Amazing!!! 100/10 stars. (They also offer gluten & dairy free alternatives - as well as treats for fur friends!)

Duck donuts who? This place is absolutely amazing!!! You can pick one of the creations they have or create your own. They probably have one of the best combinations around. Two donuts and a coffee for about $8. The kids absolutely love creating their own donuts. Definitely come back in the afternoon to cool down with some other ice cream. Definitely have to try the fat Elvis. The owners are absolutely amazing as well. They will answer any questions you may have. Most definitely is my new favorite spot

We enjoyed our first vacation to Carolina Beach and happened across Beach Break Donuts & Ice Cream. The staff members (Kenlyn and Ethan) were extremely kind and helpful, and very patient with our kids. The place was really clean and the food (donuts and ice cream) were delicious! We will definitely go there again the next time we are in town.

I first tried their donuts and ice cream at their shop in Oak Island and I couldn’t be more excited that they’ve expanded to Carolina Beach. Their donuts are unlike anything we currently have in the area - fully customizable, made to order, and served hot. Their ice cream and coffee are top notch as well! If you’re in the area you HAVE to check them out!
