Be Colouring was hired to transform a one bedroom in The Century, an apartment building at Central Park West and 63rd Street on the Upper West Side of Manhattan in New York City. In addition to painting the apartment, we repaired extensive cracks in the walls, ceiling and window sills via skim coating and spackling. To fix the cracks we used Easy Sand 20 Lightweight Setting-Type Joint Compound and Plus 3 Ready-Mixed Joint Compound. For the paint we went with was Benjamin Moore Regal Select. The ceiling was painted in Benjamin Moore flat ceiling paint tinted in Chantilly Lace OC-65. Pale Oak in an eggshell finish OC-20 was used on the walls and we applied Chantilly Lace OC-65 in a Pearl finish to the trim. The three radiators covers in the apartment were painted with Benjamin Moore Advance Chantilly Lace in a Satin finish.
