I can’t say enough about BDS septic service. To start with the basics, he was early , extremely courteous , very patient with my children who would not leave him alone not only did his job, but took the time to teach my son about everything and how it works, he stayed within budget and because of his expertise was able to Quickly, identify the issue with my system and resolve it in a timely manner, both saving time and money for me It was obvious that because of his experience, he was able to complete the job without leaving a wake of destruction on my property. He was able to pinpoint exactly where he needed to dig and what to do so when he left, it was like he was never there, that was reassuring. Brian did an amazing job at my house. He was able to locate the septic tank, and carefully dig out to get to the lid. His tools, machinery, and truck all operated flawlessly to 100% resolve my situation from start to finish in under 2 hours. I had called after 5pm one day, and he was there by 9am the next day. Great service and I enjoyed talking and visiting with him during the job. Great service , reasonably priced. Individually owned and operated. BDS was the only company who took the time to come out when my tank was overfilling and backing up into the house. All the other companies told me they could be there in a few days. BDS was prompt and made my emergency theirs. Owner is extremely knowledgeable and honest and trustworthy. If you need your tank pumped give small business owners your hard earned cash. Cause they will work just as hard for it as you. Thank you BDS!!!

He was able to quickly and accurately find our tank after we’d been unsuccessfully looking for a week, and had the job done, and done well, very quickly. Brian was on time and performed the job with professionalism and cleaned up his work area, like it was his own home. Our septic was not pumped prior to our buying the home over 3 years ago. The previous owner wasn't 100% sure of its location, making me certain that I needed to find it and have it serviced. Brian came out and within 15 minutes, located the septic tank and cleared the dirt to gain access. To our surprise, the tank wasn't completely full (never experienced any bad things prior) but now I know it's completely empty. He now has us on a 3 year call back, to ensure we get our tanks maintained, versus a call of desperation. Really appreciated him answering all my questions (1st septic) and getting us squared away. I have to say that he is the Number one guy in the Number two business. I wouldn't hesitate to refer him or use him again. Awesome service all around.

I’ve know Brian for around 20 years just about use him on all my jobs in the oilfield days to now are septic days he cleans the tank (completely) unlike drain masters he has the equipment and the right equipment to complete the job
