I had a horrible experience dealing with Betty at BDC. She is rude, does not reply to emails and refuses to take responsibility for inaction and incorrect advice.
I would not recommend. I am out of pocket and my build completion was delayed by 6+ months due to her incompetence. Find another certifier!

For someone with no prior knowledge like me, navigating the world of construction development was a challenge! So, I want to thank Betty for all of her expert advice, great communication and support during this process. I wholeheartedly endorse it to anyone in need of a job done effectively and well.
