BD Landscaping LTD

This is the 2nd time im using Bd landscaping. Brendan and his team is really professional and listened what I wanted everytime. They transformed the space beautifully with very clean paving and great design ideas.The quality of their work is excellent and they completed everything on time. Im extremely happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable landscaping services!!

JULY 25 ***UPDATE*** I have not thought about Brendan for 10 months as I wanted to forget the experience it was that bad. Then today he text me out of the blue to say “ your details exposed publicly on review reply” I had no clue what he was on about ! Or why he was contacting me 10 months later. As you can see he has posted my personal details. I wish I had never come across his company! I honestly have no clue why he would do this or what his intent is. Or why now?? ****STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY*** Posting personal details tells you everything you need to know about Brendan and how his company operates ! **BEWARE ** its worrying that he is even capable of this. I have no doubt he would do this to any customer! ITS WORRYING and I can only conclude that it was Brendan’s intent to cause me distress and harm when posting my details. Block paving fitted: Sept 2024 **BEWARE** The next day after as shown in the photo’s the bricks dried I was shocked to see that the paving was covered in cement this when dry left areas of the paving white. There was also cement on my neighbours drive. Brendan’s response was to say “in my 20 years experience I have never seen it before”. Although I have no experience in block paving even to my untrained eye it was clearly cement. Brendan is very convincing and I had no reason not to believe him although deep down it niggled. I should have trusted my gut instead of him. He then gaslighted me for four weeks blaming the supplier of the bricks and that it was a fault within the brick. He told me he had contacted them and they would be in contact the next day. They never contacted me so I contacted the company they confirmed Brendan hadn’t been in touch. The brick supplier came out and immediately said it was cement. He then sent out a young lad to jet wash. He told me it was his best jet washer. The next day I could see the mess he had left. There was also damage to the front door lock and ventilation vent was which I was left to clean up. The next day the cement was still visible , bricks had sunk after the power wash and the drive left without sand so unusable and still is. Brendan is very believable but all he has done has gaslight me for weeks. Brendan tells you often he is going to come out, or “I will bite the bullet and replace the bricks” but he very rarely follows through with any of it as either he will start to ignore you or come up with an excuse I was waiting for “the dog ate my homework” Although, it took Brendan less than four days from quote to job completion it seems that after payment this expediency no longer exists. It’s now 6 weeks on and after all his gaslighting rhetoric I am still 3k down and left with a sunken, un-sanded, cement stained and unusable drive. It’s hard not to worry about this alleged 5 year guarantee!! *****BEWARE****
