Sergio is the man! Last minute request and he came through big time! Communicated with me through the entire process and provided before/after photos of every room. I was very impressed with his professionalism and communication. I highly recommend BB's to anyone looking to have their carpets cleaned. A great local small business to support!

Highly recommend!!! Sergio was courteous, prompt, and thorough in his work. He stretched my carpets in multiple rooms and cleaned our carpet and my wool rug. He also cleaned our air ducts and our dryer vent. He provided updates throughout the cleaning process to let us know relative dirt level and progress with his cleaning efforts. I will definitely be using him again.

HE IS AMAZING! Not only is he a great guy but his job was hands down the best. I have dogs and I get my carpets cleaned 3-4 times a year. He is hands down THE BEST. I will be using him from here on out. Also, I called him the day before the Fourth of July and he showed up two hours later! WOW! Where do I even begin?! STOP SEARCHING AND CALL BB’s RIGHT NOW! I have a 16 year old dog that has sadly lost control of his bladder recently. Over the course of a week, he had many accidents on the landing of my staircase: the ONLY carpet it in my rental home. After many attempts to clean the areas, I stepped out of the house last night. When I returned home, the smell was enough to knock me down. I knew I had to find professional help… even though there were no “stains” to be seen, the proof was in the air. I did a quick Google search of professionals in the area and one of the highest-rated was BB’s. I submitted an inquiry at darn near midnight, pleading for availability within the weekend. Sergio PROMPTLY responded to me (within normal business hours) this morning. He provided a rate that was exceptional, and stated that he could be on-site this morning. He was right on time as scheduled, extremely professional and approachable, clear in explaining the process about to take place, and gave me so many tips and tricks for future issues I may have. To say “I learned something today” is an understatement! That kind of service and attention to detail really makes all of the difference! Thank you, Sergio for an amazing experience! My home smells AMAZING!

Sergio did a wonderful job on our carpet & area rug! Our carpet wasn’t in bad shape to begin with, but it had been a few years since we had it professionally cleaned so the high traffic areas needed a little attention. He was on time, communicative, quick but thorough and attentive to detail, and was very friendly. Would highly recommend and would certainly use him again in the future.
