He changed my tire fast, made sure everything was secure and safe, and even took the time to double-check the pressure before leaving. Shoutout to Shamar for getting my car taken care of the right way. He replaced my ignition coils and VVT solenoid and made sure everything was done properly. He explained what was going on with the car, didn’t try to upsell me on anything extra, and showed real knowledge about what he was doing. He was professional, on time, and worked efficiently. I was looking at purchasing a vehicle in Detroit but was unable to get out there to look at it. I found BBR Mechanic and worked with Hector. He was able to promptly go and fully inspect the vehicle in detail with another one of his associates who inspected the body work. Hector ran a thorough physical check as well as running a diagnostics on the vehicle with his device. He ultimately put me at ease and informed me that the vehicle was in great condition and gave me an all clear to purchase. He also advised of some minor things to address on the vehicle at a later time. Hector was very professional and courteous. I Highly Recommend him for any Auto Services needs!

Wonder. They replaced the starter in my BMW Z4. Got me back on the road without having to tow it to a repair shop. Price was very reasonable. Will use them again. Very friendly.

Shamar is definitely a blessing! First, efficient! Very attentive to the job and gets its done in a TIMELY manner!!! This man came after the snow hit and went and got the part!!! This man put on an alternator in 30 degree weather!!! Please bless this young man if he ever does you a service!

My experience was very taxing, however not because of service but because of the type of issues that my car had. I purchased a car from an auction, sight unseen. Although the auction had my car as a green light, we quickly found out that it wasn’t. Shamar came to where my car broke down and replaced the water pump so that it could be driven to where it could be fixed. What we thought to be the gaskets turned into timing chain. He did extensive research on my vehicle before working on it. Although communication and weather was fighting us, he was able to get my car on the road…it went from cutting my loses, to being mobile.
