Though I was not seen for a direct appointment at the Jefferson location, the staff provided outstanding support when I required some time-sensitive documents. The office was incredibly prompt in fulfilling my request, which I greatly appreciated given the urgency. I found their responsiveness to be what I needed. Furthermore, the staff I interacted with over the phone were very helpful, kind, and professional, echoing the excellent service I've experienced at their Plymouth location. This level of functionality and dedication to patient needs—even administrative ones—demonstrates great value in their service.

Terrible clinic. I went here twice for the same issue which is still not solved; actually worse now that I took his advice on "everything's fine, just use some lotion if your feet hurt". I told him it's more to the issue about where it was and how it's progressed at least I was trying, I feel like I could barely talk because he just knew everything already. The tall skinny white guy is the one who was my doctor, and he put a horrible taste in my mouth with this clinic. I appreciate him telling me my feet look great, but the point is that my feet were not okay and no matter how much I stressed this, he made me feel like he didn't have the time & I was wasting his with my nonsense. Mind you, we all pay to be there!!! Feet are worse and symptoms now spreading. I won't be back. Not because the issue isn't solved, but because I came twice and both times I felt brushed off and dismissed. He literally told me I was imagining it!!!!!

I shared these photos to show how tacky the waiting area was, and after my wordy post and photo of proof (as shown), I am proud to say they cleaned that waiting area up with newer chairs (not shown), but nonetheless, I became happy to see the change, and to notice how effective writing a review can be. Glad you read reviews Dr Bazzi. Keep up the good work.

DR. Z at the E. Jefferson location was awesome. She was very caring and smart about my feet. They have a pharmacy same building. Highly recommend!

I've been a part of this facility for a long time under another dr but since Dr. Bazzi.came on the scene he's been on point with every issue pertaining to my feet. His staff is also knowledgeable and works well to care for his patients. Today was a issue with swelling with slight tingling in my left leg, some tenderness in my right ankle pain across the front and back of ankle with some. numbness in right hand while the Doppler was on so his assistant order the Doppler test and X-rays of my ankle she gave me an local cortisone shot, and said to brace it for the next two weeks or maybe longer to protect my ankle until my next appt in 3 months

I cannot recommend Bazzi Podiatry on East Jefferson highly enough. From start to finish, my entire experience was smooth, professional, and—most importantly—life-changing. I’ve struggled with foot issues for years, bouncing from one clinic to another, never feeling truly heard. That all changed the moment I walked through the doors of Bazzi Podiatry. First of all, the office itself is spotless and welcoming. You can immediately tell that patient comfort and cleanliness are top priorities. The front desk staff were courteous, organized, and efficient with scheduling and intake. They made the check-in process simple and quick—none of the usual long waits or confusion you often find in other practices. Now, let me talk about the doctor. It’s rare to find a physician who so perfectly balances clinical expertise with empathy. He took the time to thoroughly review my medical history, listened intently to my concerns, and explained everything with clarity and patience. I never once felt rushed. His ability to explain complex medical terms in a way that makes sense to someone without a medical background was incredibly reassuring. I came in for pain related to a lingering ankle issue and a recurring callus that had become unbearable. The doctor carefully examined my foot mechanics and gait, and then used high-resolution imaging tools to pinpoint the root causes. He didn’t just treat the symptoms—he treated the source of the problem. That’s something that had been missing from every other podiatrist I’d seen before. What truly impressed me was the customized treatment plan I received. Rather than giving me a generic “one-size-fits-all” solution, the doctor laid out a tailored strategy that included physical therapy recommendations, orthotic support, and practical lifestyle changes. He even provided a digital follow-up summary so I could refer back to it at home, which I thought was a really thoughtful touch. Within a few weeks of starting the treatment plan, I noticed significant improvement—not just with pain levels, but with how I walk and carry myself overall. I hadn’t realized just how much my foot issues were impacting my posture and day-to-day quality of life. It honestly feels like I’ve gotten a part of myself back. Follow-up appointments were just as thorough. The doctor checked in on my progress, adjusted my orthotics slightly to better fit my arch, and made sure I was fully comfortable every step of the way. This is a practice that clearly values long-term healing over quick fixes. To sum it up: if you’re dealing with foot or ankle issues of any kind—whether they’re new or long-term—do not wait another day to book with Bazzi Podiatry. You’ll be met with genuine care, top-tier professionalism, and cutting-edge medical expertise. Thank you to the doctor and your amazing staff for everything you’ve done. You’ve earned my trust completely—and I’ll be sending everyone I know your way.

I don’t normally write reviews, but my experience with Bazzi Podiatry on East Jefferson was so exceptional that I feel compelled to share it with anyone who’s looking for outstanding foot and ankle care. From the moment I walked into their beautifully maintained and welcoming office, I knew I was in the right place. Let me start with the doctor himself. He is truly one of a kind—not only highly skilled and professional but also deeply compassionate and genuinely invested in his patients’ well-being. He took the time to listen to every detail of my symptoms and asked thoughtful follow-up questions that other doctors had overlooked. He didn’t rush me, didn’t make me feel like “just another appointment,” and thoroughly explained my diagnosis, treatment options, and even preventive care for the future. I came in with chronic foot pain that had been misdiagnosed multiple times over the past two years. The doctor performed a comprehensive examination and—what really blew me away—was how quickly he zeroed in on the actual issue (a combination of plantar fasciitis and a structural issue in my arch). Within one visit, I had more answers and hope than I had received in two years of bouncing between clinics. His team is just as impressive. The front desk staff was warm, efficient, and incredibly respectful of my time. I barely waited five minutes before being called back. The medical assistants were friendly, professional, and clearly very well-trained. They kept everything clean and well-organized, which added to the sense of trust and professionalism. What also stood out to me was how modern and high-tech the office is. They utilize advanced diagnostic tools and custom orthotic technology that you simply don’t find at most podiatry practices. I ended up getting fitted for custom orthotics that have completely changed my quality of life—I can now walk long distances, stand for extended periods, and even exercise again without the persistent pain that used to be a part of my everyday life. And here’s something you rarely get at a doctor’s office: follow-up care that feels personal. The doctor himself called me after my follow-up appointment to check on how I was responding to treatment. Who does that anymore? It’s that kind of dedication that makes him stand out in today’s rushed medical world. In short, Bazzi Podiatry has earned my absolute trust and gratitude. Whether you’re dealing with bunions, flat feet, sports injuries, diabetic foot issues, or just unexplained discomfort, this is the place you want to go. Their level of care, empathy, expertise, and cutting-edge treatment is unmatched. I only wish I had found them sooner. To the doctor and your amazing team—thank you for giving me my mobility and comfort back. You have a lifelong patient in me.
