Had an appointment with Martina for a hygienist clean. Was the most in-depth consultation and treatment I've had from a hygienist. She provided loads of advice and education, and made the process as comfortable as it could be. I don't usually write reviews but it's nice to see people who are so awesome at their job so I wanted to thank her again! 😄

I received my treatment from Paul and the assistant who were both really kind and helpful during the whole time. He didn’t charged me overprice but rather reasonable and affordable price. Even though my appointment was booked at 6:30 (quite late as it is towards closing time) but they were willing to stay later and did their best for treatment.

The moment you enter you are warmly greeted by Briar and other friendly staff. Dr Tapeka is a brilliant dentist who immediately settles any anxiety you may have with his calming presence. My partner is terrified of the dentist, but Dr Tapeka put her at ease, she felt heard, not judged and he made her experience stress-free. Thank you so much! I highly recommend Baywide Smiles to anyone looking for a kind, comforting dentist. Im even going to sign up.

The best dentist I have been too, the staff and dentist Paul Lee and his assistant are amazing , patient and kind. If you need to pay off your bill, then they are always open to making payment arrangements. I never feel judged here either. I have referred a few people to Baywide Smiles. This dentist is also very affordable.
