I had an excellent experience at this clinic and only have good things to say. From the very first contact, I was warmly welcomed. The front desk staff is extremely polite, attentive, and welcoming, which already makes a big difference. Dr. Johnny is an exceptional professional. Very polite, patient, and careful at every stage of the treatment. During my first appointment, when I went in to have the onlay mold made, I needed anesthesia and ended up feeling very anxious. I am quite afraid of needles, anesthesia, and dental procedures in general. At no point did I feel pressured. On the contrary, they fully respected my space, accompanied me outside, stayed with me, and showed a great deal of empathy. But what truly stood out to me and was decisive in my decision to continue the treatment was Raquel. She was simply extraordinary. At the moment when I had an anxiety attack, she was by my side the entire time. I went outside the clinic to calm down, and she went with me, stayed with me, held me, and helped me feel safe. When I returned to continue the procedure, still very nervous, she held my hand with a level of care that I can only compare to that of a mother. That made all the difference to me. It was thanks to Raquel that I was able to move forward with the treatment and return to the clinic with confidence. Dr. Johnny is excellent, truly an admirable professional, but Raquel goes above and beyond on a human level. She completely transforms the patient’s experience. I recommend this clinic without any hesitation. It is a place where professionalism goes hand in hand with empathy, respect, and genuine care for the patient.
