Eddie M. & another young man that came out was so helpful, so courteous, so knowledgeable and very patient. They arrived within one hour and were able to detect the issue right away. We had a broken pipe in the back yard. They also helped me with contacting the city to address the permit. Karen, Ali and Eddie were all very helpful and kept me up to date as progress was made. What initially sounded like a long drawn out job...only took two days once the work was approved. Thank you Bayshore Plumbers for all that you did. Knowledgeable, Experienced, Courteous and Reliable. When we returned home, we found that one of the showers was still not draining and no sooner had I reached back out them...15 minutes later, Eddie was at the front door ready to spring into action. There was a hair clog (Eek!) he cleared the drain we were all set! I can tell you how much we appreciate you all! If we ever have another issue with plumbing...I know who I'm calling: Bayshore Plumbers!!!

I've used Bayshore Plumbers a lot over the years for a range of large and small jobs, and I've always been happy with their work. I just wanted to share that my experience today with Alberto and Emil was particularly impressive. They took the time to really diagnose the underlying problem with 2 drains and explain to me what they were finding. And since the problems didn't end up needing significant service to fix, they didn't even charge me for the work they did for the hour they were here! It's pretty rare for a business to invest like this in building long-term customer trust and loyalty, but this is definitely the way to do it. Thank you and well done!

Alberto and Aimel were amazing! They came out on Christmas Eve day to fix our sink and dishwasher. They were kind and professional and extremely helpful. The job was complete quickly and they made sure no mess was left behind. We will use them again and highly recommend.

I was very impressed with Bayshore Plumbing. They sent out a capable technician, Eddie Maigua, who was very friendly and courteous. He went into the craw space of my house without hesitation, took photos, showed me the problem, and gave me a quote within hours. The team came in, re-piped my house, and left without a glitch. Do what you say; say what you do. That is all expect from a service provider and they did exactly that. He came back the next day to show me the photos of the completed job and collect the final payment. I highly recommend them and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

The technician was professional and friendly, and they quickly identified and solved the problem. Even better, they let us know that the visit was actually still covered under our warranty.
