Jeff was amazing throughout the entire project! He was attentive, kind and responded very quickly and thoroughly throughout the entire process and even after. During the planning process we threw different ideas and budgets at him and he always willing to work with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. He is very knowledgeable in his craft and explains everything to you in detail, including the pros and cons of all options. Throughout the project he kept us updated via text each day and what to expect the following day and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we envisioned. His entire crew was very professional and kind. Jeff even came out on short notice after the project was completed to help us with a minor slip up we had with our previous sprinkler system that connected to the backyard since we're clueless in that department. We were looking to transform our backyard with a retaining wall and artificial grass. There was a house in a surrounding neighborhood with perfect artificial grass in the front yard. I'm talking the perfect color, height, and thickness. The kind of grass that makes you question whether it is real or fake. Luckily, there was a sign for Bay Valley Synthetic Turf posted in front of the house. Of course I had to make the call to get a quote. Jeff came out to our home and we described our vision to him. From the beginning, Jeff provided quick and professional responses. He was the last person to come to my house for a quote and the first person to give me the actual estimate. For someone who knows nothing about landscaping, the estimate provided was laid out very nicely and I was able to easily understand why the price was what it was. I did my entire backyard and added a driveway extension and it all came out to a very reasonable and affordable price. Work began quickly on my yard and communication was great. If they weren’t able to come out that day because of rainy weather, Jeff let me know and they showed up on Saturday to make sure everything stayed on track. My yard went from nothing to an amazing hangout spot within a few weeks and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Bay Valley Synthetic Turf team came out and gave us an estimate detailing everything that was included. Jeff explained our options.. made thoughtful recommendations and made our backyard (with two big dogs) awesome!! Our lawn was beat up.. and recent rain turned it (and our dogs and hardwood floors) into a muddy mess. Pictures show before and after.. The team worked efficiently.. and explained each part of the process. It looks awesome.. and no more mud!! Why did I wait so long!!
