The original lawn struggled with heavy tree debris, poor sunlight on more than half the area and for more than half the day, poor drainage, constant mud. The previous home owners gave up and just covered the space with bark, a failing solution to the problem, which was making it difficult for the current family and their pets to enjoy the outdoor space.
After proper demolition and preparation, we installed a fully permeable synthetic turf system designed for durability, drainage and easy maintenance.
