I was the fortunate winner of a new 2025 Yamaha wave runner which Bay Marine generously raffled off to help support the community after the July 4th tragic floods. Everyone that I dealt with at Bay Marine was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. The staff at Bay Marine went over and above what was called for when I came in to pick up my waverunner. They noticed that the tires on my trailer were under inflated and they put air in them for me. I donated an old waverunner that I had and they handled that portion of the transaction seamlessly. The staff at Bay Marine was very helpful and responsive throughout our search for a new boat. We worked with a couple sources during our search but found Bay Marine to be the most helpful. We experienced an unexpected issue with our boat on a Thursday that prevented us from taking it out on the water. We contacted the service department at Bay Marine & Sports Center that same day, and by Saturday the repair had already been completed. The efficiency of their team, combined with a very fair labor rate, truly sets them apart. The team at Bay Marina is the absolute best on Lake LBJ! From the moment we walked in with a repair issue, we were greeted with smiles and eager help from the amazing staff at the counter. They’re always so fun, friendly, and ready to go above and beyond. We get all our jet ski and boat services here, and honestly, we wouldn’t think of going anywhere else!

I don't normally write reviews.I just purchased my 1st boat in 20 years. Josh my salesman was great from the beginning all the way to the closing and in between. I also want to compliment Todd and the storage crew. They have gone above and beyond all expectations. They have all taken customer service to a whole new level. Couldn't be happier.
