I was the fortunate winner of a new 2025 Yamaha wave runner which Bay Marine generously raffled off to help support the community after the July 4th tragic floods. Everyone that I dealt with at Bay Marine was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. The staff at Bay Marine went over and above what was called for when I came in to pick up my waverunner. They noticed that the tires on my trailer were under inflated and they put air in them for me. I donated an old waverunner that I had and they handled that portion of the transaction seamlessly. I am very pleased with Bay Marine and will continue to do business with them

We experienced an unexpected issue with our boat on a Thursday that prevented us from taking it out on the water. We contacted the service department at Bay Marine & Sports Center that same day, and by Saturday the repair had already been completed. The efficiency of their team, combined with a very fair labor rate, truly sets them apart. In contrast to previous experiences at other repair facilities—where service often required weeks just to be seen and additional weeks to complete—Bay Marine & Sports Center provided prompt, professional, and exceptional service. We are extremely impressed and highly recommend them.

I don't normally write reviews.I just purchased my 1st boat in 20 years. Josh my salesman was great from the beginning all the way to the closing and in between. I also want to compliment Todd and the storage crew. They have gone above and beyond all expectations. They have all taken customer service to a whole new level. Couldn't be happier. Bay Marine and Sports Center is simply outstanding! They are always incredibly responsive, no matter the situation. Carol, their amazing service manager, consistently goes above and beyond to be helpful, accommodating both our needs and our schedule without hesitation. Their boat mechanic is exceptional—always diagnosing issues accurately and fixing them quickly, whether it’s for our jet skis or our ski boat. The entire team is both friendly and professional, making every interaction a pleasure. I cannot recommend them strongly enough!

I purchased a boat from Ron about 2 years ago Crevalle 33CSF . I have to tell you I couldn’t be more disappointed in a salesman. I’ve had several issues with the boat when I purchased it that I thankfully got resolved myself thru Crevalle who I might add is amazing. Ron not only wouldn’t answer phone calls but when I asked for a simple part to be replaced under warranty he failed to help me. I mailed part back to him 7 months ago. He always has an excuse for poor service. I was planning on purchasing another boat but I guarantee you it won’t be from Bay Marine John W

We have been residents of Horseshoe Bay for over two decades. Throughout the years, our relationship with Bay Marine and their service center has been a staple of assuring consistency on the water. Recently, we had the extended family up for the weekend and encountered a problem with the power steering on our Cobalt. Without hesitation, we immediately headed to Bay Marine knowing their consistent performance over the years. Upon explanation of our issue, Carol the Service Manager worked with her team to deploy a technician. On the spot, he diagnosed the issue, made the minor repair, and took the time to inspect other elements of the engine. Within 30 minutes, we were back on the water and the weekend was saved. Extraordinary service? Yes, relative to other service centers in the area. However, this is what we have come to enjoy from consistently counting on Bay Marine. Bay Marine was fantastic! They stand by there work and were able to fit us in, even on July 3rd, one of there busiest weekends of the year! I wholeheartedly endorse them and will be using them whenever I need something taken care of with my boat. After many, many months of going back-and-forth on different brand name and models of boats as well as a lot of decent sales people in the area, I finally moved forward with a Four Winns from Bay Marine & Sports Center. JOSH SANDERS, my salesman, has simply been outstanding to say the least. Patient, very informative and extremely helpful on the education of the boat and the entire process of coming on board with Four Winns. I’m excited to have an exceptional boat, an exceptional dealer/service dept., and to have gotten to know Josh well.
