The absolute best! The girls in the office are super sweet and Doctor Edward’s is amazing! I’ve had an abundance of what would normally be stress inducing , bank breaking-treatments, here and always experienced the opposite of that They will take care of you extremely well if you show up and do your part 🩷 - Can’t Thank them enough :)

Emergency chipped front tooth repair… Not only did they make it look better than the past two attempts from other Dentist’s who just slapped bonding on it, It was a work of art… Never felt better about my smile, Even though it’s a short term solution… I am choosing Dr. Edwards as my long-term dentist, and full family dentist. I’m actually excited that I found a group so good, and Dentist so talented that I can rest assure my next steps will be in great hands… Traveling from Needville… Without any regret :-)

The staff is awesome, they are always so polite and wonderful with the kids and parents as well!!! The dentist are great, they communicate well and let you know what’s going on every step of the way!!! I’m from out of town but choose to take my kids there because of their amazing customer service and how great they are with kids!!! My kids don’t even cry for me to go back with them because they make them feel comfortable and welcome!!!

All the ladies in the office are super sweet and welcoming! I always have the best experience. Dr. Thalji Is so gentle and makes sure you are comfortable.

Nicest group of ladies work here. Doctor was amazing. Went in as an urgent removal and was taken very well care of. Great experience.

My grandkids have been coming here for year. I use to come here, but stop coming when I moved away. But I have moved back and came back.Dr Edward's and his team here are excellent. They have always been good to us and treated us like family.

I've been going to them for years and while I've been to other dentists they are by far the absolute best. My oldest daughter who is now 22 was born with a cleft lip/pallet. She had her own surgical team for her surgeries BUT she needed to visit regular dentist for the regular dental check ups. Bay City Dental was the ONLY one who said, " when would you like to make the appointment?". Through all 5 of my children's appointments I was allowed to sit IN the room with them. BUT that's NOT the ONLY BEST thing about them. Several years ago I had to have a significant amount work done on my teeth; unfortunately though I didn't have insurance. I went to several dentist who never actually gave me a definite cost or break down of how much this and that would cost or even explain anything to me. Bay City Dental broke everything down on how much every procedure would cost and my talking literally a play by play, like pulling this tooth, this cap and root canal cost with a paper showing me what needs to be done AND how much whatever work on whatever tooth would cost me and then they did a payment plan. This was done YEARS ago and I've recently had to go back; NOT only did they remember me and my kids they still gave me the same kindness, caring and help that they did the last time years ago. They're the best. Even my daughters surgeon said he loved how well they took care of her teeth. Heck my youngest threw a fit his first time and the ladies and dentist handled all that chaos with such amazing profession and caring that I was amazed.
