Got my car tinted here and it came out exactly how l wanted. Price was good, tint looks clean, and it didn't take long at all. Maysam (the owner) is super chill and easy to talk to. He goes over the tint percentages and the whole process so you know exactly what you're getting. A couple days later 1 noticed a small tear on the bottom of one of the rear windows. I reached out to Maysam and he immediately offered to fix it, went in and he fixed it in like 15 min. That shows the great customer service that is offered in case of anything. So if you're wondering if all the 5-star reviews are real, they definitely are. Good price, good work, amazing customer service, and a great guy. I'd for sure recommend this spot if you wanna get your windows tinted.

I gotta add another 5 star review to the 94 before me. From first contact Maysam (goes by Sam) was a joy to work with. I’ve never had car windows tinted before and he was very patient and helpful with all my questions. He also helped advise me on some potential issues that Mazda CX-5 may have with tinting. Scheduling was easy and he could accommodate me within a few days. The ceramic tint job he did was simply outstanding - and the price was very reasonable. I’m sitting in my car on a hot day with AC off and I can already tell the car is staying cool for longer. The job was done in a few hours and communication was impeccable. From the quality of the job itself to Sam’s warm personality and passion for what he does, I would not hesitate to recommend Bay Area Auto Tints to all my friends and family. Edit: had a chance to drive around in 86 degree weather yesterday - car stays much cooler than before. The way it feels is that suddenly your AC is way stronger. So happy with Sam’s work ! Edit July 2025: just got another car tinted today ! Sam was a joy to work with as always - easy to schedule and did an amazing job. Also just wanted to emphasize how much the ceramic tinting helps the car keep cool - other day I was in Livermore, 96 degree weather - parked my car for two hours and when I opened the door I was surprised it was actually not that hot inside. This is a huge help for families with kids !

I have a 2004 Honda CRV that was in need of having the tint replaced on all five rear windows. After calling around and doing some research, Sam at Bay Area Auto Tints was the person I called. We talked for a few minutes, he gave me a quote and we made an appointment. I arrived a few minutes early, and Sam was ready for me. We went over the car and what to expect with the rear defroster, old windows, etc. I came back to pick up the car at the prescribed time, and it looked EXCELLENT! There was one window that could not be completed on that day as there was something wrong with the regulator and the window would not roll down, but that was fixed and then Sam replaced that tint today. Very knowledgeable, friendly and speedy with the service. But not so fast where it seemed like any corners were cut. Everything was done professionally, and Sam will definitely have all of my window tint business going forward. Highly recommend!

I got really lucky finding Sam and his shop. I’m always looking for a good deal but with Sam I got a stand up and patient guy that does great work and also offered the best deal. Sam took his time fielding my phone calls and texts discussing all the ins and outs of Tinting. I would take this experience over any big shop option. Sam was very responsive, made setting up an appointment very easy and even offered pick up and drop off. 2 hours from start to finish and he even surprised me with some upgrades. Thanks Sam. Found this tint shop on google maps after making calls and getting high quotes (which is a rip off) I decided to call this shop, Sam who is the owner was very friendly from the beginning and gave me options on tints for my BMW I4. He sent me photos of his work, and I was very impressed with the quality of tint that he uses, his prices are fair and more ideal compared to other shops in the area that up charge based on the type of car you drive. He even went out of his way to pick me up from my job which is near the shop and was more than happy to show me the end results of the tint he installed. I ended up with 20% front and 5% rear.Sam has a lot of passion for what he does and I will recommend him to anyone that is looking to get tints for their vehicle he takes his time and makes sure you’re satisfied before you drive off.
