Second had to use Sam since my cars been broken into twice. He’s immediately reponse, reasonably responsive came out same day himself to replace (esp. impressive since I called him after 3pm and more important does great work. What more could you ask for?

Sam did an amazing job on my 2 windows. Got them broken into, and within the next business day he was able to help me out for a nice deal! 2 weeks later and my windows are still perfectly fine and able to roll up and down with no issues. Sam even gave me a window that was tinted to match my other windows. Loved the customer service :)

My truck got broken into passenger window shattered while I was shopping. It was probably one of the worst rains we had in a while as my truck is lifted. It is hard to stick anywhere that has shelter, so I was able to temporarily tape the window. I called numerous places that say 24 hours to get the one that place including Safelite I even brought to all the companies that I called. I want to pay double to get it done as soon as possible to avoid further damage to my custom truck Bay Area auto glass was the only company that responded back and also let me know. I didn’t have to pay anything extra not only did I not pay anything extra it was cheaper than every other company that I was getting quotes for especially Safelite and the quality of the window was 10 times better appreciate this company. They were lifesavers. Recommend them definitely recommend them.
