We repair and maintain cars, SAV and SUVs, specializing in German and European automotive makes and models; Mercedes Benz, SMART, Mini, BMW, Audi and VW. Our long time moto is, "We Speak BMW and Mini. Elite BMW repair shop. We are the dealer alternative." Since then we have expanded our range of vehicles repair. Applying our excellent service to more makes and models. We do everything from convertible top and seat repair to engine balance shafts to engine light and smog repair. We have factory scan tools and do coding and programming services. So you do not have to step into the dealer and pay dealer prices ever again. Come in and see our friendly faces. Exceptional customer service from beginning to end. I read the other reviews before I called them and the good reviews are accurate, based on my own experience. They texted me when the diagnosis was finished and texted me when the work was complete. They were finished earlier than they expected, which was good because I was able to avoid the late afternoon rush hour traffic in Reno.

Absolutely fantastic. Brought my ‘21 Audi SQ5 here for front and rear brakes/rotors. Saved me thousands over the dealer, work was performed quickly and on time, new brakes are better than OEM (they gave me the option for OEM but I never cared for the OEM performance).
I’ve been an Audi fanatic for 15 years (on my 6th one). I’m very particular and wary of service with indie shop, but I don’t waste money on dealer service not covered by warranty; I will not hesitate to bring my car back here - they know what they’re doing.
Shop and office staff are organized and highly responsive with communication. Labor and parts are exactly where they should be. Greatly appreciate this place!
