Had the pleasure of having Curtis Bauer come tune my piano which had not been tuned in a few years. He really took his time and did an incredible job. Cannot recommend enough

I recently had the pleasure of working with Curtis Bauer who's an exceptional piano technician who performed nothing short of a miracle on our nearly 100-year-old piano. With meticulous care, he not only revived its sound but also removed years of dust and neglect with incredible precision. What sets him apart is his ability to find the hidden potential in an instrument many would have written off as beyond repair. On top of that, Curtis is such a pleasant person to work with—reliable, affordable, and a true master of his craft. Our piano has never sounded better. Highly recommended!

My wife Bess and I could not have been more pleased with Curtis. He did an absolutely fantastic job tuning our Acrosonic spinet, which was old and had not been tuned in decades. He used state of the art equipment. It sounded fabulous after he was done. He even fixed the sticky keys and our bench. He was meticulous and paid attention to every single detail. I had "sticky" keys. Curtis lubricated the entire keyboard, and now the action is incredibly responsive. While he was there, he asked if he could fine-tune the tuning. Wow. What a difference. My piano sounds like an orchestra! And it's a nonstop pleasure to play thanks to those keys springing back up. Curtis is a pro. He's good at what he does, and he cares. My piano and I will be regularly visiting with Curtis once a year if not more frequently.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I was so lucky to have found Curtis Bauer. I have a 25+/- year old baby grand that was never attended to, tuned, or cleaned, and the dust was thick. He worked on my piano ever so meticulously and it looks beautiful inside and sounds even better. He is very professional, trustworthy, and kind. He did some background on my piano which shows his love of the job. I would recommend him highly. His pricing is reasonable and fair and he is excellent! We have a standing every year appointment.

My childhood piano sounds wonderful. It is clear that Mr. Bauer enjoys his work and will make sure his clients are happy with the results.

Curtis does a very thorough job with tuning my piano. I can definitely tell a difference in the sound quality after he has tuned it. It makes playing my piano even more enjoyable since the sounds are so much richer after his tuning. The price for his service is reasonable and I appreciate his knowledge and professionalism.
